Can Beautiful Skin Improve My Self-Esteem?

My personal opinion about this subject is YES, BUT there are other things you can do that helping you will also help you inside-out.

Being a better person, become healthier, feeling more energy and happier. 

I’m 44 now and I remember when I first felt attractive… It was like mix feelings, confidence, fear,  curiosity, trying to understand myself, asking myself am I a beautiful person? (from the physical perspective).

I was raised with a lot of love in my home (grateful for that), and when I was by myself in the real world (school, friends from the neighborhood, extra-school activities)  where everything can happen, you are put out to be “tested”!

From bullying, little fights trying to get your “space”, your opinion, and why not, showing off that you are “the one.”

During these teenage years, your self-esteem is put into the test at the same time that your hormones are changing and with that your body and skin.

I guess this is the first sign that you care about you. It’s the self in you claiming for esteem! 

If you are not psychologically prepared, you are going to suffer a lot; if you are sort of prepared, it doesn’t matter, suffering is inevitable.

So how can you pass through this period of life and make it through in peace and full of joy?

I was a teenager, who suffered enough, meaning that in the “suffering scale,” I was in the middle.

Not at all the most confident, I thought I was prepared, and I managed my way…

Looking in the mirror with a lot of pimples in my teen years, the pus-bumpy ones, it was a nightmare every time.

I wanted to wipe them away once and forever, so I studied everything I could. 

I always liked to read. So I was still interested in knowing how our body works, how the things that surround us interact with us.

So as I read many things I tried many things for my pimples, from grandmas “magic recipes” to antibiotics. And the Antibiotics pays a toll. So quickly I’ve learned that it was not a good route to take.

I was always an athlete as well so I knew that you need discipline, time and effort if you want the results to happen, so during my readings, I realized that it was good to eat clean.
