Shipping Rates and Methods
We offer complimentary either FedEx Ground, USPS or UPS Ground shipping for all orders over $99, and a flat rate shipping & handling fee of $9.95 for all other orders shipping via either FedEx Ground, USPS or UPS Ground. Usually, delivery happens from 3-5 days, depending on your zip code and the time you placed the order. If placed after business hours, your order will be processed to shipping and handling the next coming day. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable in occurrences where UFlawless has made no error in merchandising or shipping.
We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. States. Deliveries are scheduled from Monday-Friday (no delivery service on Saturday or Sunday). At this time, we do not ship to U.S. Territories or to international addresses.
As a customer, when you order from us, you’re NOT signing up for any kind of AUTO-SHIP or SUBSCRIPTION. That means that you will receive at home exactly what you order. One time only.

You are responsible for the payment of any state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. The sales tax is calculated based on the full invoice price and may include charges for shipping and handling if required by law. Returns and Exchanges
UFlawless stands behind its products and will issue a refund, replacement or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 14 days of receipt of the product. Refunds will be made by original method of payment. All returns must arrive in the original packaging. Please call (954) 881-6498 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before returning any product. UFlawless will not credit the return of merchandise returned without a return authorization number.
Mistaken and Damaged Shipments
UFlawless will replace the order and refund any applicable shipping costs if we made an error with your order. Please note any obvious damage or shortage at the time of delivery and make all claims for replacement or credit within 14 days of delivery.

For damaged orders, keep the original box and all packaging materials for possible inspection by the carrier and/or return to U Flawless. U Flawless may at any time limit the number of delivery attempts based on unfavorable delivery history resulting from, but not limited to, damage, loss, or theft.
