Skincare Trends For 2024 – Wellbeing and Inner Balance For Beautiful Skin

It’s more than clear nowadays that when we dedicate time to work our inner self, we create a state of joy, happiness, and meaning for life that brings excellent results to our life.

Many people, after practicing for months or years are showing to the world that is not only a better quality of life, that is the biggest outcome.

It’s that they are aging less. The time seems to be different for this kind of people.

As we always encourage customers to give us feedback and with that, we created, a closer relationship, and they share their not only their experiences but also their secrets.

During this week I had a great conversation with Alana, one of our happiest customers.

She is in her late forties, divorced single mom of a 16year old teenager.

Everybody easily would say that she is merely a role model, fabulous person.

The one that everybody wants to know her secrets. Everyday smiling, spreading good vibes, a magnet of joy. Someone that is good to be around.

She says that her secret is a combination of cutting-edge actives with natural ingredients on skincare and yoga!

Essentials from Ayurveda, Balinese, Thailand Skincare Routines

When we study these three ancient cultures, all of them, have common things.

  • They have ceremony or rituals for celebrating joy, peace, love, happiness
  • They work with the four elements (earth, wind, water, and fire) as sources of healing
  • The belief that the external beauty reflects what is inside
  • Gratitude for the higher energy or God for providing everything needed for a joyful life

Stress is in the Top 3 premature aging factors helping us to get rid of free radicals in our body.

If you are not a believer on this, no worries, the fact that you are still reading this, proves that probably there’s something out there that can help you find out the big secret for beautiful skin.

Take another step and accept a challenge I’m going to tell you. Go to a Yoga studio, check the most experienced instructors.

If they are like the ones that I know, from my Yoga Studio, who I know that also takes good care of their skin.

It’s unbelievable how impactful this could make in your life.

Back again to more evidence. Even if you can stop for only 5 minutes to, breathe calmly and deeply, the levels of oxygen that you bring to the body are vital for skin rejuvenation.

The outcomes are youthful, glowing skin.

Is Holistic Health Approach, The Future of Anti-Aging

If you ask for any Holistic Health professional, they will say it’s not only the future it has always been!

The American Holistic Association, says that instead of focusing on the issue, the Holistic Health approach looks to the whole individual and the environment.

  • Diet – Eating natural ingredients, fruits, vegetables, seeds, herbs, drinking plenty of water on a daily basis.
  • Exercise – Jogging, walking, weight-lifting, yoga, any type of workout that makes the blood circulate intensively, as well as breathing.
  • Environmental measures – Our relation with nature, we have to take care of nature, so Mother Nature can continue to provide us all we need for our life.

It’s all about lifestyle, different mindset and constant flow. It’s all about your attitude.

Modern world habits, kind of forced us to get up from the couch, take a pill and problem solved.

This unfortunate habit, made a lot of people put the dirt under the carpet, and in the first “storm” tough wind, all the accumulated dust spreads out causing more serious damage.
